Rogers RO3000 high-frequency microwave RF circuit materials are PTFE composite materials containing special ceramic fillers, designed for commercial microwave and RF applications. The advanced laminates in this series offer excellent electrical and mechanical stability.
The RO3000 series laminates come in various dielectric constant (Dk) values, all of which provide consistent mechanical characteristics. This allows designers to choose laminates with the most suitable Dk for different single-layer applications, develop various multilayer board designs without the risk of warping or reliability issues. Additionally, RO3000 series laminates maintain stable dielectric constants over a wide temperature range.

RO3003™ Laminate:
Rogers RO3003 high-frequency microwave RF laminate is a PTFE composite material filled with ceramics, designed for PCB applications in commercial microwave and RF fields.
RO3003 laminate exhibits outstanding dielectric constant (Dk) stability at various temperatures and frequencies. Its unique design ensures stability, eliminating the step change in the dielectric constant that is characteristic of standard PTFE materials at room temperature. It is well-suited for applications such as automotive radar (77 GHz), advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS), and 5G wireless infrastructure (millimeter-wave), among others.
RO3003 laminates offer excellent stability of dielectric constant (Dk) over various temperatures and frequencies. This stability also includes the elimination of the step change in Dk that typically occurs near room temperature with PTFE glass materials. This is ideal for applications including automotive radar (77 GHz), advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and 5G wireless infrastructure (mmWave).
