The information required for PCB high-frequency board production is as follows:
Provide PCB drawings (common software used for high-frequency board visualization: CAD, Protel99se, PADS, DXP, CAM350).
Provide the process requirements for the PCB high-frequency board:
a. Material (Rogers/TACONIC/arlon/Isola/F4B/PTFE/TP-2/FR-4) with dielectric constant ranging from 2.2 to 10.6.
b. High-frequency board thickness (0.101-6.0mm).
c. Copper foil thickness (0.5oz-10oz).
d. Surface treatment (HASL leaded/lead-free, immersion silver, ENIG, immersion gold, immersion tin, OSP, hard gold plating, electrolytic gold plating, gold plating + OSP, gold plating + electrolytic gold plating, chemical nickel-palladium-gold).
e. Solder mask color (green, black, red, white, blue, yellow).
f. Character color (white, yellow, black).
